Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of HSK epithelial type; 2. Age > 18 years old; 3. The corneal stroma is transparent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other corneal diseases; 2. Combined with glaucoma and poor control of intraocular pressure; 3. Wear contact lenses for a long time; 4. History of eye trauma; 5. History of corneal refractive surgery; 6. Long-term use of eye drops or ointment; 7. History of autoimmune diseases (such as Sjogren's syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.); 8. Clinical diagnosis of diabetes mellitus; 9. Postoperative craniocerebral nerve injury.
