Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or postmenopausal women, aged 50-75 years old; 2. There is cognitive function decline, and the daily life function is basically normal; 3. The subjects have graduated from primary school or above, and can cooperate to complete the cognitive ability measurement; 4. Complete all experiments as required and sign informed consent as required; 5. Volunteer to participate in all examinations, assessments, treatment studies, and visits, including relatives and friends; 6. Basically fluent in the language, have appropriate visual and auditory functions, and have a normal intelligence level.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart disease, cardiac insufficiency, liver and kidney insufficiency, severe diabetes mellitus and asthma; 2. History of brain organic diseases such as cerebral injury, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and intracranial infection; 3. Intracranial metals and other foreign bodies, with a cardiac pacemaker in the body; 4. Suffering from major diseases: such as cardiac and vascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, sequelae of meningitis, neoplastic diseases, renal failure, uremia stage, etc; 5. Unable to move and stand up from a chair independently; neurological diseases or bone and joint diseases and unable to exercise; 6. Chronic cardiopulmonary insufficiency; severe renal insufficiency; 7. People with severe visual, hearing, or language impairment and unable to communicate; 8. Patients with mental illness: such as schizophrenia, a history of congenital mental retardation, and severe patients taking mental illness drugs; 9. Central nervous system diseases (e.g., brain tumors, Parkinson's disease, encephalitis, or epilepsy) 10 Other systemic diseases (such as thyroid dysfunction, severe anemia, syphilis, or HIV).
