20 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-80 years old; 2. Karnofsky score >= 80; 3. Gastroscopy was performed within 3 months, and no obvious organic lesions (including malignant lesions, polyps and ulcers) were found; 4. Patients and their families Able to understand the research protocol and willing to participate in this research, provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA IV to V; 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3. Severe cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled infection, or other uncontrolled comorbidities; 4. Combined with a history of other multiple tumor diseases, or combined with other genetic diseases; 5. The patients or their families cannot understand the conditions and objectives of this study.
