18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Colorectal cancer patients: (1) 18-80 years old; (2) Patients with clinically confirmed colorectal cancer; (3) Good compliance and willing to cooperate with sample collection. 2. Induced fetus: (1) Gestational age <6 months; (2) Double parietal diameter <65 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Colorectal cancer patients: (1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) The patient were also accompanied with multiple organ tumors or severe uncontrolled medical disease or acute infection; (3) Patients dont understand the purpose of this study or dont agree with requirements for the study; (4) Patients who lack of legal capacity or limitation of legal capacity; (5) Patients who are not willing to cooperate in sample collection; (6) Patients who have related medical history which could interfere results and increase risk of patients. 2. Induced fetus: (1) Clinical diagnosis of fetal malformation or genetic defects; (2) Pregnant women with multiple organ failure; (3) Pregnant women suffering from a serious and uncontrolled medical disease or acute infection; (4) Pregnant women and their families couldnt understand the purpose of the study or didnt agree with the requirements of the study; (5) Pregnant women who lack of legal capacity or limitation of legal capacity; (6) Pregnant women who are not willing to cooperate in sample collection; (7) Pregnant women who have related medical history which could interfere results and increase risk of pregnant women.
