Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 60 years; 2. ASA grades I~III; 3. Diagnosed as essential hypertension 4.Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia; 4. Respondents agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form; 5. The patience with hypertension.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to ciprofol, propofol injection components and other anesthetics; 2. Patients with neurological symptoms such as cerebrovascular disease, previous cerebral infarction, and epilepsy; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. The patience with difficult airway; 5. Patients with obvious respiratory dysfunction like OSAS, Acute Respiratory Infections, and so on; 6. Patients with obvious circulatory dysfunction; 7. Resting ECG heart rate <50r/min, III atrioventricular block.
