65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia for non-cardiac surgery; 2. The expected operation time <4 hours; 3. Neostigmine was used to antagonize neuromuscular blockade after surgery; 4. Aged 65-80, male or female; 5. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I-II; 6. 18kg/m2<= Body mass index (BMI) <=28kg/m2; 7. Patients who volunteered to participate in this trial and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to anticholinergic drugs and their components; 2. Patients with respiratory, circulatory, and digestive system diseases that affect heart rate; 3. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function; 4. Patients who are using drugs that affect the cholinergic system; 5. Dementia or Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score < 24; 6. Poor communication skills.
