Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Criteria for sedentary people; 2. Diabetic patients are diagnosed with T2DM and are treated with hypoglycemic drugs with body temperature standard every day; 3. No regular exercise habit within 6 months before starting exercise; 4. Consciousness, Self-selected book control; 5. Stable blood sugar control; 6. No obvious fall factors such as dizziness; 7. Advance informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Orthopedics and other diseases will affect the patient's physical activity; 2. Cognitive dysfunction; 3. Serious comorbidities or complications, such as heart failure, autonomic neuropathy, and recent stroke; 4. There is a risk of falls; 5. History of cancer; 6. End-stage renal disease dialysis and other medical diseases.
