Group 1:Sevoflurane with 1 age-adjusted MAC, and BIS value was monitored
Group 2:Sequence method used with sevoflurane from 1.5%, and MAC-bis50 was achieved
Group 3:4% sevoflurane inhalation, non-rebreathing gas flow

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Surgical patients with 18-84 yrs, non-cardiac surgery, non-neurosurgery, LMA insertion under inhalational general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Depression, cerebrovascular disease, DM, hypertension, long-term intake of beta blocker.
