Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. ASA grade I~III; 3. Those patients who meet the requirements for fiberoptic bronchoscopy undergo local anesthesia; 4. SpO2>92%; 5. Those who have signed the informed consent form with the approval of the hospital ethics committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant, lactating women; 2. History of allergy to narcotic drugs; 3. Heart failure NYHA class 3~4; 4. History of drug abuse; 5. Severe neurological disorders affect cognitive function.
