Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing primary rhinoplasty with autogenous costal cartilage under general anesthesia; 2. Age >=18 years old and <=60 years old, no gender limitation; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II; 4. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing chronic pain (lasting at least 3 months) or a history of long-term use of analgesics (such as opioids, acetaminophen, or NSAIDs); 2. History of abnormal coagulation; 3. Immune diseases, and have taken immunosuppressive drugs (such as hormones and anti-inflammatory drugs) within 3 months; 4. Allergic to the drug to be used; 5. Diabetes history; 6. Skin infection at the puncture site of the nerve block; 7. Having verbal and mental disorders and unable to complete Numerical Rating Scale (NRS).
