Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. 3<NIHSS<=25; 3. For patients diagnosed with ischemic stroke according to the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Ischemic Stroke in China 2018", the onset time is less than or equal to 72 hours; 4. The patient or legal guardian can understand and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage or other pathological brain diseases according to baseline brain CT or MRI; 2. Patients with intravenous thrombolysis and endovascular therapy; 3. Patients with severe hepatic insufficiency or renal insufficiency; 4. Patients with contraindications to anticoagulation and antiplatelet; 5. Other diseases that may pose a serious danger to the patient. Including heart disease, respiratory system disease, digestive system disease, immune system disease, endocrine system disease, neuropsychiatric disease, tumor disease, etc.
