Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with ketoacidosis: (1) Blood glucose: blood glucose > 13.9mmol/ L; (2) Urine routine: urine routine will find positive ketone body; (3) The ph of the patient's blood is acidic. 2. Use 500ml of Sodium bicarbonate Ringer solution or more than 500ml of normal saline.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Under the age of 14; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients with hypermagnesemia and hypothyroidism; 4. The necessary clinical information is incomplete; 5. When using Ringer carbonate solution or normal saline, use sodium lactate Ringer solution, sodium acetate Ringer solution or other colloid solution.
