Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia through orotracheal intubation in our hospital; 2. ASA I-II; 3. Male or female, age 18-64 years old; 4. Modified Mallampati classification III-IV.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mouth opening < 2cm; difficulty in mask ventilation; upper airway anatomical abnormalities (trauma, tumor, deformity); cervical spine immobilization; 2. Patients with respiratory diseases (asthma, airway hyperresponsiveness, acute exacerbation of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc.); 3. Patients with cardiovascular diseases (acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, severe arrhythmia, and atrioventricular block, etc.); 4. Combined with other serious systemic diseases; 5. History of long-term use of sedatives and antipsychotics; 6. Failure to correctly understand and cooperate with the experimenter.
