Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-III; 2. Age >= 40 years old; 3. Elective spinal surgery under general anesthesia with BMI = 2 hours, and the informed consent was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe hypertension or heart disease; 2. Those with moderate or severe restrictive or obstructive pulmonary disease; 3. Those with anemia; 4. The patients cannot understand various scale items; 5. With a history of neurological and psychiatric diseases.
