Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of lumbar disc herniation; 2. No gender limitation, age 18-65; 3. Have a history of lumbar disc herniation for more than 6 months; 4. Sign the Informed Consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. At the time of the study, there were root symptoms caused by lumbar disc herniation still obvious(such as root pain, paresthesia, hypoesthesia) or existing cauda equina syndrome; 2. Patients with ankylosing spondylitis, lumbar spinal stenosis, and other diseases causing low back pain; 3. Patients with a history of spinal surgery or severe spinal trauma; 4. Patients with spinal bone tumors, tuberculosis, osteoporosis, etc.; 5. Patients with diabetes or other metabolic diseases and patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hematopoietic, digestive, or other serious diseases, with other autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases, and acute, chronic infection or psychiatric patients; 6. Pregnant women; 7. Patients with core muscle exercises for the treatment of waist disease or other reasons; 8. Other conditions that the researcher considers inappropriate for participating in the study.
