18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Three anesthesia methods, namely dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine for infracostal quadratus psoas block, ropivacaine alone for infracostal quadratus psoas block, and general anesthesia alone, were selected for laparoscopic radical nephrectomy; 2. The patients or their families signed the informed consent; 3. Aged 18-75; 4. ASA grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney and other important organ dysfunction; 2. Abnormal coagulation function; 3. Long-term opioid use history; 4. History of oxycodone or ropivacaine allergy; 5. BMI > 29kg/m2 (overweight patients, due to excessive subcutaneous fat, the display effect under ultrasound is poor); 6. Puncture site infection; 7. Social difficulties; 8. Conversion to laparotomy; 9. Other factors lead to incomplete data collection and postoperative follow-up patient.
