Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thyroid surgery under general anesthesia and endotracheal intubation was performed at a selected time; 2. Between 18 and 65 years old; 3. BMI 18.5-30; 4. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) class I or II; 5. The patient and his family members were informed and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Myasthenia gravis; 2. Existing upper respiratory tract infection; 3. Smoking, asthma, and other airway hypersensitivities; 4. Use of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACE-I), bronchodilators or steroids; 5. Previous severe angina attack, arrhythmia, bradycardia or atrioventricular block, sick sinus syndrome; 6. Chronic renal failure, chronic liver damage; 7. Long-term alcoholism and drug abuse; 8. Difficult to pull out the tube.
