75 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years; 2. Abdominal surgery under general anesthesia, expected operation time >= 2h; 3. ASA grade II-IV.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurocognitive tests cannot be completed due to language, visual or auditory disorders; 2. Significant dementia; 3. History of cerebrovascular disease, intracranial disease or mental illness, regular use of benzodiazepines; 4. Regular use of anti-inflammatory drugs (such as steroids or non-steroids), or baseline PCT, interleukin levels, or elevated Ykl40 increase; 5. The time of Hospitalization is expected to be less than 5 days; 6. No willingness to participate in postoperative evaluation and sampling.
