Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for insomnia; 2. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score of 8 or higher; 3. Duration of illness of 1 month or more; 4. Age 18 to 75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-primary insomnia caused by physical or mental illness, drug effects, etc.; 2. Patients with severe anxiety (GAD-7 score > 15) and depression (PHQ score > 15); 3. Patients with major and critical medical conditions such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and trauma and surgery; 4. Patients during pregnancy, lactation, and menopause; 5. Patients with severe mental illness who do not cooperate; 6. Those with severe cognitive impairment and unable to complete the scale evaluation; 7. Those who have taken insomnia-related medications in the past 2 weeks or received other treatments to improve sleep.
