Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years old (including 18 and 60 years old); 2. HBsAg positive for >6 months, HBsAg continuously <1000IU/ml, HBeAg negative; 3. HBV DNA continuously <2000IU/ml; 4. ALT continuously normal (male<30U/L; female<19U/L) ("Continuous" is defined as at least 3 tests within 1 year with an interval of 3-6 months).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Co-infection with another virus, including hepatitis A, C, D, or E virus, or existence of autoimmune liver disease; 2. Pregnant or breast-feeding women or patients who are planning to give birth; 3. With severe heart disease, including unstable or uncontrolled heart disease within 6 months; 4. With mental illness; 5. With uncontrolled epilepsy; 6. Unabstained alcohol or drug addicts; 7. Uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, thyroid diseases, retinopathy, autoimmune diseases,etc; 8. Total bilirubin>34umol/L; 9. With cirrhosis or hepatocellular carcinoma determined by liver ultrasound or liver stiffness measurement; 10. Neutrophil count <2*109/L and/or platelets count <100*109/L.
