Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological diagnosed with locally advanced or stage IV primary lung cancer who had no surgical indications and agreed to accept immunotherapy in combination with other therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age<18 years old; 2. Patients with cognitive impairment or inability to understand the content of the study.
