20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 25-50 years old; 2. Male or female; 3. Complain of pain at any site in trunk or lower extremities, with symptoms sustained at least 3 months or above, with clinical evidence and neuroimaging evidence supported; 4. At least 4 scores or above by VAS self-rating scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pain at any site over upper extremities; 2. Comorbidities include one or more of the following items; Diabetes, cardiovascular disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, cervical neuropathy, spinal cord injuries or central/peripheral nervous system disorders or cancer; 3. Motion sickness; 4. Surgical or traumatized history at head or pain site; 5. Associated with majory systematic disorders or MRI contraindications, including pace maker, metal implants, pregnancy, claustrophobia.
