39 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Breast cancer diagnosed by pathology; 2. Currently married and living with a heterosexual partner for a long time; 3. Mild or moderate depression (5<=PHQ-9<20) and distressed marriage (5<=PHQ-9<20); 4. Able to attend face-to-face courses

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Widowed, divorced or unmarried; 2. Currently undergoing or planning to receive psychological treatment; 3. Having a history of mental illness or suicidal tendency; 4. Having domestic violence; 5. Communication disorder or illiteracy.
