Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first stroke that meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke at the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease, with a course of 1 week to 1 year, and stable condition; 2. Meets the CRPS diagnostic criteria (Budapest criteria) revised by the International Association for Pain Research in 2007; 3. Adult patients aged 18-80 years; 4. Be aware of the research on this topic and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have serious heart, lung, kidney dysfunction and high fever, and other complications that are not suitable for rehabilitation training; 2. Reversible stroke; 3. Severe cognitive impairment, aphasia, and audiovisual impairment can not be corrected, do not cooperate with the trainer; 4. Those who have a history of mental illness or take antipsychotic drugs in the past; 5. Those who take drugs for the treatment of neuropathic pain.
