Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria: refer to the diagnostic criteria in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia"; 2. Age >=60 years; 3. International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) >= 15 points; 4. Select transurethral Resection of the prostate; 5. Use 22FR disposable sterile catheter; 6. Those who have never received acupuncture before; 7. Voluntary participation in this research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, liver, and kidney diseases; 2. Communication barriers; 3. There are scars, wounds, and masses on the skin, so it is not suitable for acupuncture; 4. Those with incomplete data; 5. Those with blurred consciousness and sleepiness; 6. Patients with previous prostate surgery; 7. Participation in other research.
