Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The selected patients need to sign informed consent; 2. The patients diagnose with diabetes according to the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus; 3. Age 18~70 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes; or poor islet function; 2. Combined with acute diseases such as acute cerebral infarction, acute myocardial infarction, diabetes ketoacidosis, and other acute diseases, etc; 3. Other diseases affecting glucose and lipid metabolism such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, hypothalamic and pituitary lesions, long-term use of hormone therapy, etc.; 4. Patients with obvious hepatobiliary diseases, including but not limited to chronic active hepatitis and/or severe liver dysfunction. 5. Patients with end-stage renal disease; 6. pregnant patients; 7. History of drug abuse/alcoholism; 8. Patients with tumor; 9. Subjects who cannot comply with the protocol, and patients with serious physical or psychological diseases that may affect the effectiveness and safety.
