18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with metastatic lung cancer who have previously received at least 2 systemic treatments; 2. Brain metastasis and severe peritumoral edema were confirmed by magnetic resonance examination of the brain. 3. Aged between 18 and 70; 4. The expected survival time is more than 3 months; 5. No dysfunction of vital organs, liver and kidney functions, blood routine and electrolytes were basically normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy and lactation; 2. Evidence or suspicion of alcohol or drug abuse; 3. Participation in this study may lead to any unnecessary risk as determined by the researcher; 4, Anlotinib hydrochloride allergy should be contraindicated; 5. Patients with central lung squamous cell carcinoma or large hemoptysis risk are contraindicated; 6. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency.
