Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumor was confirmed by pathology and treated with albumin-bound paclitaxel combined with cisplatin Treatment (albumin-bound paclitaxel 260mg/m2 + 100mg/m2 cisplatin); 2. 18-75 years old; 3. Karnofsky score >=80; 4. Before chemotherapy, routine blood tests, liver and kidney functions, and electrocardiogram were normal; 5. No positive signs were found in the neurological examination; 6. The expected survival time is >3 months; 7. Consistent with the clinical manifestations of TCM blood bi syndrome; 8. The subject agrees and signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with pre-existing neurological diseases; 2. Suffering from mental disorders or unable to cooperate; 3. patients with diabetes who may cause peripheral paresthesia; (4) patients receiving other chemotherapy drugs that may cause neurotoxicity; (5) Symptoms of nerve compression due to brain metastasis or limb metastasis;
