Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old, no gender limitation; 2. Acute periprosthetic infection (within 1 month) was clinically confirmed after hip arthroplasty or revision; 3. Choose to use VSD debridement to treat infection; 4. Follow up regularly after the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Treated with other materials or surgical methods; 2. Lost of follow-up; 3. Inpatient medical records are incomplete.
