18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Observation group: (1) Patients aged 18-75 years old; (2) Patients diagnosed by pathology as esophageal precancerous lesions and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma; (3) Estimated survival time >=3 months; (4) The patient was diagnosed for the first time and had not received any previous anti-tumor therapy; (5) No history of other malignant tumors; (6) No other metabolic diseases (such as hyperlipemia, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, etc.); (7) 12 hours before blood collection, abstain from drinking and fasting without taking any drugs; (8) No loss of basic information and pathological data; (9) Sign informed consent. 2. Healthy control group: No history of esophageal cancer and other malignant tumors, other criteria are the same as above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with serious underlying diseases; 2. Abnormal coagulation.
