18 Years to 39 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women of ASA physical status 1-2 with a gestational age >= 37 weeks, aged >= 18 years undergoing spinal anaesthesia for elective cesarean section were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. They had any impairment of the upper extremity circulation; 2. If they had undergone an operation that involved large arteries of the aortic arch; 3. They had a contraindication to spinal anesthesia (coagulation disorder, allergy to local anesthetics, sepsis); 4. Mean arterial blood pressure(MBP) less than 70 mmHg; 5. No pregnancy complications such as pregnancy-induced hypertension and heart disease; 6. Autonomic dysfunction.
