12 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 12 to 75 years old, weight >= 40kg; 2. Diagnose AD according to Williams AD diagnostic criteria; 3. >=10% BSA, EASI >=16; 4. Voluntary signing of informed consent: For patients under 18 years old, I need to agree to participate in this research, and their parents/legal guardians must sign a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of thrombotic events (including deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, and cerebrovascular diseases), and patients with other known internal conditions that may easily lead to hypercoagulability; 2. Pregnant or lactating patients; 3. Those who are contraindicated by Jak inhibitors.
