Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent sedated colonoscopy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from 2017 to 2021.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of the colorectal polyp or polyp treatment; 2. History of colorectal cancer; 3. History of colorectal surgery; 4. Repeat screening colonoscopy within five years.
