Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with single nasal pterygium with similar visual acuity before pterygium; 2. The head end of the pterygium invaded the cornea about 3-3.5mm, and the scleral blood vessels could be seen through the tissue part of the pterygium. The scope of the pterygium covering the corneal margin was 1/8-1/7 of the corneal circumference; 3. No treatment was given for pterygium.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with keratoconus and subclinical keratoconus; 2. Keratitis, corneal degeneration, glaucoma, high myopia or farsightedness, and fundus diseases; 3. History of ocular trauma or surgery in both eyes; 4. Serious systemic diseases and infectious diseases.
