Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged over 65 years with sepsis 3.0.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital or acquired immunodeficiency diseases; 2. Long-term use of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressive drugs; 3. Any history of tumor; 4. Diagnose patients who died within 2 days of sepsis, or whose onset of sepsis was longer than 3 days, or who were transferred from another hospital and have been treated.
