Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetes patients (WHO criteria, 1999); 2. Aged >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Moderate to severe renal impairment (eGFR < 45mL/min/1.73m^2), end-stage renal disease or dialysis; 2. Acute or chronic metabolic acidosis, including diabetic ketoacidosis; 3. Have a history of severe allergy to Engliazine, metformin or any excipients of this product.
