Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for gallbladder and bile collection in the pathological group: patients diagnosed with gallstones by abdominal color ultrasound or abdominal CT and/or (MRI). 2. Inclusion criteria of gallbladder and bile collection in healthy control group: (1) Aged 18-60 years; (2) Meet the criteria for liver transplant donors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for gallbladder and bile collection in pathological group: (1) Combined with gallbladder polyps; (2) Complicated with viral hepatitis B and cirrhosis; (3) Complicated with common bile duct stones; (4) Complicated with acute pancreatitis; (5) Pancreaticoduodenal surgery was performed; (6) PTCD for advanced tumors; (7) Combined thyroid cancer; (8) Preoperative use of antibiotics. 2. Exclusion criteria for collection of donor gallbladder and bile in healthy control group: (1) Patients with systemic malignant tumors (such as liver cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, etc.); (2) Complicated with systemic infection, such as sepsis; (3) Patients with biliary tract infection (such as acute cholecystitis, acute cholangitis, etc.); (4) Complicated with gallstones; (5) Hepatitis B, hepatitis C, autoimmune hepatitis and other hepatitis; (6) Tuberculosis, such as tuberculosis, intestinal tuberculosis, etc.; (7) Virus and other pathogens, such as HIV, rabies virus, etc.; (8) Combined gout; (9) Combined with rheumatoid arthritis; (10) Severe liver diseases, such as severe fatty liver.
