Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of POI; 2. The patient was conscious and able to complete the questionnaire independently; 3. Participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. POI patients with known etiology, including genetic factors, immune factors, and iatrogenic factors; 2. Patients with severe diseases such as abnormal liver and kidney function, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system or hematopoietic system; 3. Mental patients; 4. Follow-up cannot be conducted to complete clinical observation.
