Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed by CT or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and meeting the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of stroke; 2. Aged >=60 years, clear consciousness, barrierless communication; 3. All have complete clinical data; 4. The patients participated voluntarily and all signed informed consent, and the study has been reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of Hebei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment, hemiplegia/speech or swallowing disorders, and decreased ability of daily living before onset; 2. Patients with nutrient absorption disorders, such as severe anemia, liver dysfunction, hyperthyroidism, etc.
