18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 65 years; 2. H. pylori infection was confirmed by 13C urea breath test, H. pylori antigen detection in feces, rapid urease test or histological staining before inclusion and was not treated; 3. Agree to undergo gastroscopy according to clinical treatment needs; 4. Informed consent for inclusion in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Penicillin allergy; 2. Acid suppressant drugs and hormones were taken within two weeks, and bismuth agents and antibiotics were taken within one month; 3. Pregnant or lactating patients; 4. Patients with serious diseases, such as severe liver disease, heart disease, kidney disease, alcoholism, malignant tumor, etc.; 5. Mental illness, severe neurocognitive impairment and inability to partner.
