Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic standards of Western medicine and Chinese medicine for adenomyosis; 2. 1 week after conservative surgery; 3. Women aged 18-50 years; 4. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Total or subtotal hysterectomy; 2. Complicated with polycystic ovary syndrome, malignant tumor, malformation of reproductive organs or physiological defects; 3. Those who are not suitable for acupuncture or GnRH-a treatment; 4. Patients with severe primary diseases of cardiovascular, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system, infectious diseases and mental disorders.
