Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of primary muscle tension dysphonia in western medicine; 2. Meet the TCM diagnostic criteria of primary muscle tension dysphonia (Qi stagnation and blood stasis type); 3. Aged 18 - 65 years, no gender limit; 4. Participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with external sensation; 2. Patients with asthma, neurological diseases and hearing impairment; 3. Patients with organic lesions of larynx indicated by laryngoscopy; 4. Patients who are receiving other treatments that may affect the effect of the study, such as antibiotics, corticosteroids, antihistamines, and Chinese herbal preparations that promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis; 5. Patients with mental illness; 6. Pregnant and lactating patients.
