Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Worked in hemodialysis room for 2 years or more, obtained the admission certificate of hemodialysis specialty, able to skillfully operate the dialysis machine, accurately judge and deal with various emergencies in hemodialysis room, and have a high sense of responsibility; 2. Master the existing operation process and the operation process of two-person chain operation, and can operate according to the requirements; 3. The patients cared for can communicate normally, participate in checking and cooperate with dialysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients in care had access dysfunction, such as blocked internal fistula and blocked catheter.
