Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Consistent with the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis; 2. Aged between 18 and 60 years (no gender limit); 3. Did not take any anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs and hormone drugs one month before and during the treatment, and did not receive other relevant treatments such as traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, massage, embedding, etc.; 4. Did not participate in other clinical trials 2 months before treatment; 5. Agree to an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Whiplash injury, whiplash, cervical surgery, cervical radiculopathy or spinal cord history; 2. The diagnosis was confirmed as myofibropain syndrome; 3. Symptoms of neck pain are associated with any serious or malignant disease, such as malignant tumor, cardiovascular disease, trauma, or osteoporosis; 4. Any signs of insufficient vertebrobasilar artery blood supply or instability of the upper cervical ligaments; 5. People who fear needles or have contraindications to acupuncture (such as anticoagulant drugs or mental symptoms); 6. Pregnant or lactating people; 7. Difficulties in participating in the trial, such as severe mental and physical illness, dementia or illiteracy.
