Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage confirmed by head CT or MRI examination, unilateral hemiplegia and lower limb motor dysfunction (disease course =3; 3. Ashworth score of muscle tension of each major muscle group of lower extremities =20; 5. Informed consent of the patient has been obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congestive heart failure; Lower extremity deep vein thrombosis; Respiratory failure; Active liver disease, liver and kidney insufficiency. 2. Persistent hypertension (mean systolic blood pressure >=140 mmHg or mean diastolic blood pressure >=90 mmHg, measured within 7 days) that is not controlled by medication. 3. Non-healing ulcers in the lower extremities. 4. A history of mental illness or antipsychotic medication.
