Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder according to DSM-V criteria and confirmed by ADOS and ADI-R assessment; 2. Aged 3-6 years; 3. Participate in the study with the consent of parents or guardians and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with known genetic diseases that affect the development of cognitive and language functions, such as fragile chromosome syndrome, Rett syndrome, Down syndrome, etc.; 2. Combined with other serious systemic diseases, that cannot complete the study successfully; 3. Children with serious problem behaviors, such as aggressive behavior, self-injury behavior, that cannot cooperate with the researches.
