Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30-50 years, no gender limit; 2. Use recognized professional skin moisture analyzer, select skin moisture <=12%; 3. Voluntary consent and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating patients, allergic constitution and allergic to this food; 2. Patients with a history of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic systemic diseases and mental illness; 3. Patients who take articles related to the function of the test (including drugs, nutritional products, medical devices, etc.) in a short period of time, which affect the judgment of the results; 4. The researchers did not consider it suitable to participate in this study.
