Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 20-60 years; 2. Imaging was consistent with the diagnostic standards of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for lumbar disc herniation, and the clinical manifestations were unilateral lumbar and lower limb reflex pain and/or numbness; 3. No patients with cervical and lumbar diseases (such as spondylolisthesis, tuberculosis, tumor, fracture, etc.); 4. There was no obvious straightening and isosceles curve change during lumbar functional exercise; 5. No history of cancer, stroke, infection, mental illness and other serious diseases; 6. Non-pregnant and non-lactating patients; 7. During the study period, all patients were able to work, participate voluntarily and sign informed consent, actively cooperate with treatment, and return visit on time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lumbar disc herniation who are unwilling to accept conservative treatment or have poor compliance; 2. Cauda equina compression and lumbar spinal stenosis should be considered as surgical patients; 3. Patients who have used drugs or other relevant treatment regiments in the last 2 weeks.
