60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 60-75 years who underwent elective total knee replacement; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I to III; 3. General anesthesia is required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to communicate before surgery due to coma, severe dementia, speech impediment or serious disease; 2. Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or congestive heart failure; 3. Use of sedative/analgesic/psychoactive drugs (including alcohol) within seven days prior to admission.
