Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Breast cancer patients aged 18-60 years; 2. The wound has completely healed after breast cancer surgery, and is in the rehabilitation period other than radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. Have normal exercise ability, no musculoskeletal diseases; 4. No cardiovascular disease, no syncope, dizziness, tinnitus and other symptoms during exercise; 5. No other chronic metabolic diseases; 6. No smoking or drinking habits; 7. Have good compliance and can complete the 12-week exercise training course on time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of epilepsy, psychosis, brain surgery and other neurological or psychiatric diseases; 2. Patients suffering from hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and other diseases with poor drug control or related complications; 3. Unable to self-evaluate the physical condition and unable to understand the questionnaire.
